 A Moreland Fire Engine has come available for purchase; this engine is one of the first engines that CDF purchased in 1929. We are aborting our efforts to raise funds to purchase this engine; the asking price is way beyond our means at this time. We have ask the owners if they would consider donating it to us taking advantage of our Tax Exempt Status.

Volunteers
Volunteers may come from any interested member of the public or CDF family and are utilized in many different ways. Volunteers may help with administrative skills, management of the collection, public guides, facility maintenance, docents or other tasks as necessary.

 Fund Raising
We have a Calendar for the year 2008 as our fund raising project, the calendar is in the final development stages the theme is the current engines of CDF. Look for the flyer under fund raiser.

If you are a CalPERS retiree and would like to donate to the museum monthly thru payroll deduction we have authorization to do so. E-mail your name and address to CDFMuseum@ Yahoo.com and we will send you the documents, or look for the Authorization form under payroll deduction. There is a $2.00 per month minimum.

Active CDF employees, we now have authorization for active CDF employees to make contributions to the museum. The look under payroll deduction for the Authorization form. There is a $2.00 per month minimum.
